When you receive the commodity in a damaged condition or not similar to what was chosen from the website Nasaem Beauty, you can then return the item to us in the same condition in which you received it and in the same original packaging at the time of receipt, within a period of 3 days from the date of receipt. As soon as we receive the item, we will inspect it, and if it is found to be defective or damaged, we will immediately start the procedures to return your money to you, whether you paid for the item or paid to ship that item and deliver it to you.
